Quality Profile Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Grinder to join our first shift production team. This position is responsible for grinding plastic extrusion scrap material for reuse in the manufacturing process while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

We are looking for candidates that enjoy hands-on work, follows instructions well, and takes pride in maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

• Operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently 
• Process plastic extrusion scrap into reusable material 
• Sort materials as directed 
• Maintain accurate material identification 
• Keep the grinding area clean and organized 
• Follow all safety procedures 
• Assist production personnel as needed 
• Perform other duties assigned 

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required 
• Heavy Lifting Required 
• Able to stand and walk throughout the workday

Quality Profile Services is seeking a dependable Production Operator to join our second shift manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting finished plastic extrusion profiles, packaging products, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for qualified applicants.

• Operate and monitor production equipment. 
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. 
• Read and use tape measures and calipers to verify product dimensions. 
• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging for finished products. 
• Package products according to customer requirements. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures. 
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals. 

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. 
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure. 
• Ability to use or learn to use calipers. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• Heavy lifting required. 
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
