Our on-site engineer manages CAD design, extrusion tooling development, and die maintenance to support accurate profile design and consistent production performance. All tooling is developed and maintained in-house .
In-Line Cut-to-Length
Profiles are cut to specified lengths during the extrusion process, helping maintain tight tolerances while reducing secondary operations and improving production efficiency.
Co-Extrusion
Co-extrusion allows multiple materials to be combined into a single profile during the extrusion process, creating parts with varying properties such as flexibility, rigidity, or color within one continuous profile.
Laser Measurement for Precision Spline Extrusion
Inline laser measurement systems monitor spline diameter during extrusion to maintain tight tolerances and consistent product performance.
In-Line Printing
Text or identification marking can be printed directly onto extrusion profiles during production.
Scoring
Profiles can be scored during extrusion to allow glazing to wrap around glass and maintain a secure, consistent seal while improving flexibility.
Fabrication & Secondary Operations
Fabrication operations including punching, notching, and welding are performed on plastic extrusion profiles for applications
Quality Control & Inspection
Production is inspected using precision measurement equipment to verify dimensions, color, and product specifications throughout production.
